ABOUT Plastic Surgery Untold
The goal of our plastic surgery podcast is to entertain you, make you smile and maybe even teach you a little something about plastic surgery. We will cover a variety of topics from Breast Augmentation, Brazilian Butt Lift, lip fillers and anesthesia during our episodes. We also invite a variety of celebrity guests on the show to add a little variety to the show, similar to swiping on Tinder, you never know who is going to show up!
Our cast ranges from a plastic surgeon known for Brazilian Butt Lifts to Austin’s most gorgeous man who also happens to be an aesthetic physician’s assistant and of course Celebrity Anesthesia that is also a celebrity husband for his fashion blogger wife. This variety in our crew helps give listeners a variety of perspectives on all of the topics.

Dr. Johnny Franco:
Dr. Franco is a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon that specializes in aesthetic surgery. He is recognized as a leader in aesthetic plastic surgery as he was voted the Best Plastic/Cosmetic Surgeon in Austin by the Austin American Statesman two years in a row. Dr. Franco has also been a featured plastic surgeon on the Plastic Surgery Channel discussing a variety of cosmetic topics. He also teaches a course on Brazilian Butt Lifts at the American Society of Aesthetic Plastics Surgeon every year.
Dr. Johnny Franco practiced in Miami for several years before moving his practice to Austin Texas. His time in Miami at the famous Miami Plastic Surgery has given him a unique experience and insight to the most modern techniques in plastic surgery. He combines his personalized touch with modern Miami techniques to create Austin Plastic Surgeon.

Celebrity Anesthesia (Travis Osborne)
Travis Osborne is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) specializing in anesthesia for patients undergoing outpatient surgical procedures. He is one of the top anesthesia providers in Central Texas and works with some of the best plastic surgeons in the nation, including Dr. Franco. He carefully tailors every anesthetic to suit the unique needs of each patient. Travis has implemented Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) protocols at multiple surgery centers and emphasizes the importance of multimodal pain management.
Travis and Dr. Franco work together frequently in the operating room. He earned the nickname, “Celebrity Anesthesia” from his renowned anesthesia skills and his side-job as a “Celebrity Husband” to his fashion-blogger wife @yourtrendytherapist (shameless wife plug #343). When he is not in the operating room providing anesthesia, he is traveling the world with his Insta-famous wife, trying the newest restaurants in Austin, or doing one of many extreme sports he enjoys (wakeboarding, snowboarding, etc.) Travis stays up to date on the latest research and evidence-based developments in anesthesia and outpatient surgery. He serves as the pain expert on the podcast and brings a unique perspective, understanding the intricacies of perioperative patient care.
Austin’s Most Gorgeous Man (Gilbert Saenz III)
Gilbert Saenz III is a certified Physician Assistant specializing in Dermatology with a passion for aesthetics. He earned his Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Texas-Pan American in Edinburg, Texas. Gilbert has been perfecting his craft in aesthetics over the past 14 years. He has also served as a trainer, teaching other injectors who are just getting started.
Gilbert and Dr. Franco first met when he joined the dermatology practice in Austin where Gilbert had been practicing for several years. It wasn’t long before they both shared their enthusiasm for aesthetics and became fast friends. During their time at the same practice, Dr. Franco invited Gilbert to join him in the OR and assist in his surgical cases. This proved to be an invaluable experience for him as he gained a greater appreciation for aesthetic medicine. Gilbert continues to maintain his level of expertise by attending and participating in hands-on training courses in his field; in addition to remaining abreast of all the latest products coming to market and aesthetic trends.

The Producer (Donald Harris)
Donald Harris has a passion for creating entertainment. Donald got his love for video entertainment back in the days of VHS recorders and filming weddings with his father. Fast forward to today where he has run his own gaming podcast, YouTube series, and live topical video game news show. Donald has lived a life of production from video games for companies such as EA to building financial software for Goldman Sachs.
Donald first met Dr.Franco when his wife saw him for a tummy tuck and bbl. During one of the office visits Donald challenged Dr. Franco to a push-up contest and destroyed him… the details are a bit murky but soon after the two met for dinner and Donald pitched the idea of wanting to help do more with the practice. This is the first step of many to come!
